Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 26 /Trend G. Veliev/

Cable operator B&BTV and communication operator Azercell came to a mutual agreement on the use of frequencies used for mobile services in the standard of 3G, B&BTV's Manager of Marketing and Sales area Samir Makhmudov told Trend.

Mahmudov noted that the existing differences between the two companies have been fully solved. Company B&BTV released frequency spectrum, which was necessary for the deployment of 3G network by Azercell.

The State Commission for Radio Frequencies provided 1965-1980 and 2155-2170 MHz frequency to mobile operators in Azerbaijan for service in 3G standards.

This decision was challenged by B&BTV, on the balance of which these frequencies were located.
Company B&BTV has sent a claim to the Baku-economic administrative court number 1 on the use of the frequency spectrum.

B&BTV has already signed an agreement with mobile operator Bakcell and agreed on all the questions on the frequency with the company.
