Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has arrived in Baghdad this morning, the Iraqi Foreign Ministry reported on Feb. 10.
Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari met his Azerbaijani counterpart and his delegation at the Baghdad International Airport.
The strengthening of relations between the two countries was discussed during the meeting among Mammadyarov and senior officials of the Iraqi government.
