Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technologies, co-chair of Azerbaijan-Iran intergovernmental commission on cooperation in economic, trade and humanitarian spheres Mahmoud Vaezi arrived in Azerbaijan on Dec.1, Iranian embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend.
The embassy said Vaezi has paid a visit to Azerbaijan at the invitation of the country's Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov to take part at BakuTel 2014 - International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition and Conference.
Iranian minister is expected to make a speech at this event to be held in Baku on Dec.2-5.
Moreover, Vaezi is expected to meet with Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy and Industry Shahin Mustafayev and other officials of the country.
