An event dedicated to the 19th anniversary of the occupation of the Azerbaijani town of Shusha by the Armenians will be held in Berlin.

An event "Shusha: silent city" will be organized in the Berlin-Baku gallery in the capital of Germany on May 8, the State Committee on Diaspora told Trend.

The executive director of the gallery, Dr. Ibrahim Ahrari, and the executive director of the Coordination Center of Azerbaijanis in Germany, Samira Patzer-Ismayilova, will address the event. Potsdam University Professor Wilfrid Fuhrman will make a report on the topic "Shusha - about those seeking to destroy cultural heritage.'

A musical composition "Peaks of Shusha's mountains are in fog" will be played.
