The Armenian Foreign Minister, Vardan Oskanyan, said on December 19 in Yerevan that the recent statement of the Armenian President that till the parliamentary elections in Armenia, the process of Nagorno-Karabakh settlement will take more passive form does not mean the termination of the negotiations.
Oskanyan said that the process will be continued at the level of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Mediamax reports.
He did not exclude that the periodicity and publicity of these meetings will sustain certain reductions, adding that substantial negotiations will continue.
