К.Zarbaliyeva / The first deputy Public Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, Rustam Usubov, denied the information about the refusal of the Georgian Public Prosecutor General's Office to extradite the killers of the editor-in-chief of Azerbaijani magazine Monitor, Elmar Huseynov.
Usubov said no information about refusal had been made by Georgia. The killers, Teymuraz Aliyev and Tair Khubanov, will be extradited to Azerbaijan in compliance with an agreement signed between the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Investigations are being held in both countries.
Elmar Huseynov was murdered in the doorway of his own apartment in March 2005.
