Georgia, Tbilisi, 20 May /corr. Trend N.Kirskhalia / The results of the parliamentary elections can not be unsatisfactory for the ruling Unified National Movement Party, David Bakaradze, number 1 of the list of election subject "Unified National Movement for winning Georgia", said.
"Regardless the number of the seats that the Unified National Movement Party will gain in the future parliament, the results of the elections will be recognized and continue its activity in future to obtain better results," said special representative of Georgia's President, former Foreign Minister, Bakaradze.
The parliamentary elections in Georgia have been fixed for 21 May. The ruling party expects to gain majority in the future Parliament, where the number of the MPs makes up 150 after constitutional changes.
According to Bakaradze, the political differences have not to lead to weakening of Georgia. "I am sure that the Government will do its best to hold fair and honorable elections, on which country's future depends," Bakaradze said.
In addition, he again suggested all political forces to co-operate in the issues which are urgent for the Country. Amongst these issues, he highlighted territorial integrity, fighting against poverty and maintenance of stability and peace in the Country.
