On the occasion of the Republic Day, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received congratulatory messages from a number of world leaders.
George Bush, President of the United States of America congratulated the Azerbaijani population with the Republic Day. їThe American Administration was prepared to cooperate with Azerbaijan in all the spheres including peace settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as well as to develop the democratic institutions. We highly appreciate the effort that Azerbaijan undertakes to support us in Afghanistan,ї Bush said.
