Afghanistan, Kabul, 22 September / Trend corr. A.Hakimi/ A total of 150 civilians engaged in construction of military bases of the national army were kidnapped in Afghanistan's Farah province. Taliban movement undertook the responsibility.
Taliban spokesman Mullah Wakil said should the people be proved not to be civilians they all will be executed, Afghanistan-based Trend correspondent said on 23 September.
