Appointment of special manager in KazTransGaz Tbilisi not to create any problems with gas supply: energy minister

Special manager in KazTransGaz Tbilisi appointed by regulatory commission will not create any problems in gas supply of the capital, Energy Minister Aleko Khetaguri said at the briefing on March 16.

"Our principal task is to provide uninterrupted gas supply in the capital. Today's decision of regulatory commission aims to improve work of KazTransGaz Tbilisi." Georgia will be supplied with gas in future on a twenty-four hour basis," he said. 

Special manager will work in the company until financial situation improves. He will temporarily manage the company, minister said. 

"Share holding of KazTransGaz Tbilisi and property assets will remain in the property of company's head," minister said.
