Azerbaijani citizen wanted by police was detained in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
As a result of joint operational-search activities of Head Department for Criminal Investigation and the National Central Bureau of Interpol, Shamsudin Aydamirov was arrested and extradited to Azerbaijan, the Interior Ministry said.
Aydamirov was wanted with article 178 (swindle), and 320 (fake, manufacturing or selling of official documents, state awards, seals, stamps, forms or use of counterfeit documents) of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code.
