Georgia's Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze met with co-chair of the friendship group on the South Caucasus of Germany's Bundestag Viola von Cramon.

The Department of Information and Press of the Ministry said that the sides discussed the current processes in Georgia, the situation in the occupied territories, Georgia's relations with NATO.

Particular attention was paid to the technical cooperation between Germany and Georgia within bilateral relations. The Georgian side has thanked the government of Germany for assistance in the construction of housing for displaced people, and expressed satisfaction with the activity of a friendship group with South Caucasus countries of the German Bundestag.

Viola von Cramon, during her visit also met with Georgian State Minister for Reintegration, MPs of the Georgian Parliament and other officials.
