The Azerbaijani Presidential Center for Strategic Research (CSR) has proposed the formation of the Think Tanks Council of Experts. CSR Senior Fellow Tahira Allahyarova voiced the proposal to launch the national advisory council at a round-table on "Brainstorming in the 21st Century: Problems and Ideas."
Allahyarova underscored the need to establish common analytical products with the participation of all of the country's think tanks.
"All research and analytical centers in Azerbaijan should unify and closely cooperate to accomplish this goal. We can integrate our ideological and analytical capacity to become a common international piggy bank," she said.
Allahyarova called on event participants - NGO representatives, experts and analysts - to begin collaborating with the CSR, and stressed once again that think tanks must coordinate their activity to establish a national advisory council.
