President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan met with the President of transition period of Kyrgyzstan Roza Otunbayeva in Istanbul's Chiragan Palace, Dec. 22, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
In the meeting, the two Presidents discussed current state of and prospects for bilateral relations in numerous spheres.
