An agreement on cooperation between the Chamber of Commerce of Kazakhstan and the Chamber of Economic Development of Monaco was signed during the visit of Prince Albert II of Monaco.
Prince Albert II arrived in Kazakhstan on an official visit on Friday.
Minister of Environment Nurlan Kapparov, Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Volkov, ambassador of Kazakhstan in combination in Monaco Nurlan Danenov met Prince of Monaco, in Astana airport.
"I'm glad that you came to see Kazakhstan - a young, independent state. I hope, the history of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Monaco will begin with it," President Nursultan Nazarbayev said, opening the meeting with the Prince of Monaco.
Prince Albert II, in turn, noted the strong economic development of Kazakhstan. During the talks, the two leaders expressed their desire to continue working together to strengthen security and stability on a global scale.
