Baku hosts the sixth meeting of the Azerbaijan-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council Oct. 31.
In this regard, an official welcoming ceremony has been held for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. A ceremonial guard of honor was lined up for President Erdogan in the square decorated with the national flags of Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev greeted President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Then, the chief of the guard of honor reported to the president of Turkey, following which President Ilham Aliyev and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan reviewed the guard of honor.The Turkish president greeted the Azerbaijani soldiers.
Later, the state anthems of Azerbaijan and Turkey were played. State and government officials of Azerbaijan and Turkey met with the two presidents, who observed the march of the guard of honor.
