BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 3. UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan Vladanka Andreeva expressed condolences in connection with the explosion in Baku, the resident coordinator wrote on her Twitter page, Trend reports.
"Sincere condolences to the families who lost loved ones in the tragic explosion in Baku yesterday. Wishing speedy recovery to the injured," Andreeva wrote.
