“It is senseless to participate in the repeated elections, if the comparison of the election committees doesn’t change,” Yagub Mammadov, a member of the Coordination Council of the �New Policy’ bloc, told Trend.

He noted that the Coordinating Council would make a decision on the repeated elections on 13 May 2006. “I can not participate in the repeated elections, as I won in the previous one. Nevertheless, the last word belongs to the Coordinating Council,” Mammadov underlined.
