The National Revival Movement leader Faradj Guliyev appealed to the Constitutional Court (CC), he told Trend himself.
The reason for his appeal to CC is ignoring the Guliyevs appeal on removal conviction from him by the Supreme Court.
He also noted, he will take part in by-elections to the Parliament, but removal of the conviction is needed. В"In case the Supreme Court declines to consider my appeal I will apply the higher instances with the help of international organizations, Guliyev said in a statement.
