The number of candidates running up for by-elections to the Parliament reached 35, the chairman of the Central Election Committee (CEC) Mazahir Panahov said on 19 January, Trend reports.
It should be noted 8 more candidates have been approved at the CEC sitting. 27 candidates received signature lists.
