Creation of the courts of appeals in the regions is aimed to create appropriate conditions for citizens willing to address the court, the Azerbaijan Supreme Court chairman, Ramiz Rzayev told journalists, Trend reports citing the ATV.
A number of measures are conducted in accordance with the decree signed by the Head of the State on January 19, 2005. Creation of the regional courts of appeal is the major issue.
This decree together with the changes introduced into the legislature will positively affect the activity of the courts in the country.
Creation of regional courts of appeal will help to reduce the official procrastinations that citizens usually face when addressing courts.
