In 2006, Belarus sold to Azerbaijan forty-one T-72 tanks. These figures were published in the UN Register on Conventional Arms, on the basis of official information provided by Belarus, the Belarus BELTA agency reported.
In compliance with the UN Register, renewed on 22 May, Belarus did not implement another arms export in 2005.
In 2005 Belarus delivered nineteen T-72 tanks to Azerbaijan.
