Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr S. Ilhamgizi / The lawsuit of Azerbaijani Azadlyg Party against the State Committee of State Property Management is being executed by a new judge at Baku City Khatai District Court, the Chairman of the Party, Ahmad Oruj, reported.
According to Oruj, after the new judicial appointments were made last month, the case was sent to Judge Bahram Shukurov in the Khatai District Court. The appeal is expected to be viewed in the near future.
The Azadlyg filed a complaint against the State Committee due to its refusal to provide the party with headquarters. Azadlyg demands the State Committee be charged with providing the party with an office.
The Opposition Azadlyg Party is represented in the Union for Democracy bloc.
