The 49-year-old singer was spotted carrying the "strap-on" sex aid in a clear plastic bag as she left London's Claridge's Hotel with the British director following dinner on Monday (10.09.07).
The item, which costs ?30 from adult store Ann Summers, features a rubber fake penis which is attached to a pair of purple panties.
