Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend K.Ramazanova / Azerbaijan is the first CIS country, which skillfully applies the test system, Sidle Carlton, the head of the International Association of Education Appraisal (IAEA),
said in his opening remarks for the conference on Interrelations of national estimation systems and education standards, which began in Baku on 17 September.
According to Carlton, the State Commission on Students Admission has achieved to establish equal education system both in center and in the regions of the country.
The conference held in CIS countries for the first time brought together over 200 experts from 40 countries.
"Attending the conference are specialists from Australia, Canada, Egypt, Germany, Russia, Italy and the United State. Generally, 16 experts from 40 countries will attend this forum, which take reports on national appraisal system, selection while entrance to universities and corruption in education, Abbaszade said to the opening ceremony.
She said that this event will promote exchange of experience among specialists from different countries and familiarity with advanced technologies and methods.
