An Azerbaijani court held trial on misappropriation of funds of the boarding school.
On Nov. 11, the Serious Crime Court held hearing on a criminal case of the director of the boarding No.3 Malahat Samadova. Defendant partially pleaded guilty to the crimes charged.
Samadova is charged under the Article 179.3.2 (misappropriation and embezzlement) and 313 (forgery) of the Criminal Code. She subscribed extra salaries for employees of the boarding school and she misappropriated these funds.
A total of 25 people have become victims in the criminal case.
