The trial on military men accused of assaulting a colleague began in Azerbaijan.
Today. Prosecutor read out the charges of soldiers serving in No military unit of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry - Mammad Pashayev and Rahil Aliyev in the Military Heinous Crime Court.
The defendants have pleaded not guilty.
According to the indictment, in September 2009 Aliev and Pashayev stabbed their colleague Eshgin Akhmadov. Doctors could save him with difficulty.
The defendants are charged under the article 126.2.1 of the Criminal Code (deliberate causing of serious harm to health concerning two or more persons, and also repeatedly or by group of persons, on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, by organized group or criminal community (organization)).
