Chairman of the Russia-Azerbaijan Friendship Society, the Russian State Humanitarian University Rector, corresponding member of Russian Academy of Sciences, and Member of Trend Expert Council Efim Pivovar joined the Council for Science, Technology and Education under the Russian president.
The Council for Science, Technology and Education under the Russian President is an advisory body under the President of the Russian Federation, established to inform the president about the situation in the sphere of science, technology, and education, ensuring its interaction with scientific organizations and educational institutions, science and education figures aimed at working out proposals for the Russian President on topical issues of national scientific, technical, and innovation policy and public policy in education.
