Show of Karabakh horses delighted Queen Elizabeth II (PHOTO)

The grandiose show program "Azerbaijan-Land of Fire" with participation of Karabakh horses, famous all over the world, which are the property of the Azerbaijani people, was demonstrated at the event "Royal Windsor Horse Show", organized on May 10-13 on the eve of the birthday of Queen Elizabeth II.

The grandiose artistic composition prepared by the Azerbaijani delegation of 84 people was in the spotlight of the delighted audience, and was broadly highlighted in the mass media and social media.

The Azerbaijani delegation has been participating in the Royal Windsor horse show since 2012, which celebrates its 75th anniversary this year.

Back in 1956, Queen Elizabeth II was presented with the Karabakh horse Zaman, who for the first time represented the ancient horse-breeding culture of Azerbaijan in Great Britain.

In the artistic composition "Azerbaijan-Land of Fire", 20 riders of the state border service came to the arena on the Karabakh horses under the leadership of Coach Azer Hamzayev and in the musical company of the rhythm group "Natig" under the direction of honored artist Natig Shirinov. The skill of the riders delighted the audience.

During the 12-minute composition, staged by honored artist Nijat Kazimov, the dance group "Serhedchi" under the direction of choreographer, honored artist Naile Mammadzade, a group of fire-breathing fakirs and two artists demonstrated their skills.

On May 12, the Azerbaijani delegation met Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain and presented her with a bronze sculpture of the Karabakh horse.
