Courtyard by Marriott, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s extraordinary portfolio of 30 brands, today announces the anticipated opening of Courtyard by Marriott Baku. The 365-guestroom hotel will open under a long-term franchise agreement with Absheron Hotel Group, who will operate the property. Located in northern Baku, close to the city’s downtown district, the property is ideally situated for both business and leisure guests to enjoy the vibrant city.
The hotel is set just one kilometer from the capital’s iconic shopping area, Nizami Street, with renowned landmarks a short walk away. These include the historic Maiden Tower in Baku’s Old City and the stunning Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by famed firm Zaha Hadid Architects. The Heydar Aliyev International Airport is only a 30-minute drive from the hotel.
