BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 4. An armed incident took place in the Khatai district of Baku, the Ministry of Internal Affairs told Trend.
According to the ministry, the incident happened near a place known as "Nargila cafe".
A task force has been brought to the scene in connection with the incident.
An investigation is underway and steps are being taken to arrest the perpetrators.
