The members of the working group of GUAM / Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova/ on tourism will meet in Batumi on July 10.
During the meeting, the representatives of tourism structures of Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova will discuss joint measures for the development of tourism in the region, Giorgi Kuparadze, deputy chief of the tourism department of Georgia, informed the special correspondent of Trend in Tbilisi.
The Batumi meeting will focus on the prospects of mountain tourism and marine tourism.
Earlier the consultations of GUAM countries had to be held on 21-22 June, but this date didnt make the meeting participants satisfied.
Besides, invitations have been forwarded to the countries of CIS. We are expecting their responses, and right after that the agenda will be defined, told Kuparadze.
