Azerbaijan and Belarus are considering mutual recognition of diplomas of higher educational institutions. The co-operation between the two countries is realized within the co-operation agreement between the Education Ministries signed during the recent visit of the Azerbaijani President to Belarus, Trendreports quoting the Education Ministry of Azerbaijan.
The document involves establishing direct relations between the higher educational institutions of the two countries and a student and teacher exchange. In addition, Azerbaijan and Belarus will co-operate in conducting joint scientific research, the same source stated.
