The Interior Ministry reported that the detained Sevinj Aliyeva, Adil Iskandarov, Zemfira Amiraslanova, and her brother Elshan Amiraslanov were profiting from transporting women to Dubai (UAE) for sexual exploitation.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted and an investigation is underway.
