Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / On 20 April chaired by the Judge Faig Gasimov, a court session took place at the Court on Heinous Crimes of Azerbaijan over the criminal cases of ex-Health Minister of Azerbaijan, Ali Insanov and other 10 prosecuted people. Sentences to the prosecuted people were red at the session. According to the decision of the Court, Insanov was sentenced to 11-year prison, by confiscating property.
The State Prosecutor asked the Judge to confiscate the property of the ex-Minister and sentence him to 12 year-prison and other prosecuted persons, Fakhraddin Babayev, Anar Namazov and Parviz Kazimov to 8-year prison, Fuad Mahmudov - 5-year testing period, Vekil Abbasov - 4-year testing period, Akif Maharramov - 10-year prison, Eldar Rzayev - 8-year prison, Haji Aliyev - 5-year testing period, Shovgi Jafarov - 5-year imprisonment, Alexander Umnyashkin - 10-year prison.
