Azerbaijan's trade surplus from January to June 2021 made up $3.86 billion, Trend reports referring to the State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, in the reporting period, legal entities and individuals in the country had conducted import and export operations with 161 and 100 states, respectively.
Meanwhile, Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover amounted to $14.65 billion, including export - $9.2 billion, and import - $5.3 billion.
At the same time, the country’s foreign trade turnover in actual prices increased by 16.5 percent compared to the first six months of 2020, while in real terms - decreased by 7.7 percent (import - by 11.1 percent, and export - by 5.2 percent).
During the first half of this year, Azerbaijan has exported non-oil products worth $1.16 billion, which in actual prices is 27.4 percent, and in real terms - 14 percent higher than in the same period of 2020.
