The share of Ukraine-made agricultural products in the total structure of Ukrainian exports to Azerbaijan in 2020 amounted to 49 percent, Dmitry Los, Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Association of Business and Trade, said, Trend reports on Aug.30.
According to Los, the products supplied had a high added value.
"The main part of the exports accounted for tobacco products, meat, dairy products, confectionery, sugar, butter, and others. Of the top three largest Ukrainian exports, two positions fell on the agricultural sector. Some 52 percent of exports of meat and by-products, which take the second place, consist of frozen beef, and 48 percent - of frozen chicken,” he noted.
The board chairman added that Ukraine exports pharmaceutical products, ferrous metals and products from them to Azerbaijan.
