BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 23. Cooperation of companies from the Russian Novosibirsk region with Azerbaijan is extremely promising in such areas as the food industry, construction and agriculture, the Head of Novosibirsk Export Support Center is the regional representative of the Russian Export Center Alina Musienko told Trend.
According to her, today's construction products and smart solutions, in particular, building materials and technologies, are in great demand in the Azerbaijani market.
"If we talk about the food industry, then these are healthy foods, and from the agricultural sector – fertilizers. Azerbaijan pays special attention to the appearance of cities and landscaping, which determines the interest in our products - biofertilizers," Musienko said.
Musienko also said that Novosibirsk companies are negotiating with Azerbaijan on cooperation in the sphere of smart technologies.
"We participated with the collective stand of Novosibirsk region in the construction exhibition Rebuild Karabakh in Baku last year. Lighting technologies, smart technologies ("smart" bus stops) and landscaping were presented at the stand. Our companies reached some agreements as a result of the exhibition and now active negotiations are underway," Musienko added.
