Turkiye increases export of chemicals

BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 8. Export of chemicals from Turkiye increased by 41.6 percent from January through May 2022 compared to the same period last year, amounting to $13.6 billion, Turkish Ministry of Trade told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.

"Turkiye exported chemicals worth $2.8 billion in May 2022, which is 30.7 percent more than in May last year," ministry said.

According to the ministry, Turkiye has exported chemicals worth $29.3 billion over the past 12 months (from May 2021 through May 2022).
