BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 13. Kazakh ‘Kazbel’ company and Azerbaijani ‘Gilan’ signed a contract for the export of Azerbaijani compotes, Director General of ‘By Azerbaijan’ company Huseyn Jabrayilov told Trend.
According to him, Gilan will export 300 tons of these products to Kazakhstan in 2022.
"The first batch of products has already been shipped, it is planned to ship the second batch by the end of June," Jabrayilov said.
Azerbaijani companies, through the intermediation of ‘By Azerbaijan’, exported 350 tons of various products (pomegranate juices and concentrates, compotes, alcoholic beverages, and cognac distillates, wines) from January through May 2022.
The export of these products, in value terms, amounted to about $400,000.
