BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 5. The revenues of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) from gas and condensate sales, produced at the Shah Deniz field, in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea as of November 1, 2022 totaled $1.209 billion, Trend reports via the Fund.
According to the source, the revenues of the Fund from the sale of gas and condensate from "Shah Deniz" since the beginning of the year increased by almost three times, compared to the same period of 2021 (461.921 million dollars).
At the same time, revenues from the sale of condensate extracted from the "Shah Deniz" field, by the beginning of November 2022, amounted to 328.567 million dollars, which is 142.9 percent more, compared to the same period 2021 (135.235 million dollars).
Shah Deniz participating interests are: BP (operator – 29.99 percent), LUKOIL (19.99 percent), TPAO (19 percent), SOCAR (14.35 percent), NICO (10 percent ) and SGC (6.67 percent).
