BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 9. The total number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan grew as of December 1, 2022, Trend reports citing the State Tax Service of Azerbaijan.
According to the State Tax Service, this figure amounted to 709.557, up by 6.7 percent compared to the beginning of the year.
During the reported minister, the number of active payers of VAT increased by 13.2 percent and reached 39,257, while the number of economic entities - by 3.2 percent - up to 189.221.
