BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 29. Russia's PhosAgro has started supplying its liquid complex fertilizer (LCF) to Azerbaijan, Andrey Vovk, CEO of PhosAgro-Region (Belgorod), which supplies PhosAgro fertilizers to Azerbaijan, told Trend.
"This fertilizer, known as liquid phosphorous contributes to the growth of yields, improving agricultural productivity in conditions of moisture deficiency," he said.
According to the CEO, housing and communal services do not require additional moisture to dissolve nutrients in the soil. Nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil begin to work immediately. In turn, this makes housing and communal services indispensable in hot climates, arid conditions, and even on infertile lands.
Vovk also said that the Russian market annually consumes more than 50,000 tons of PhosAgro housing and communal services, and the demand for it continues to grow.
"We are still at the beginning of our journey in Azerbaijan, but we plan to deliver about 2,000 tons of this brand to consumers by the end of the year," Vovk added.
