BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 23. The Azerbaijan Credit Bureau (ACB) plans to present its technological innovations to foreign credit institutions as part of efforts to expand regional cooperation, said ACB General Director Elchin Habibov, Trend reports.
Speaking to journalists at the 1st International Conference on
Credit Reporting in Baku, Habibov mentioned that ACB, which got its
start in 2018, is currently in cahoots with 268 institutions for
data exchange.
He pointed out that ACB has really hit the ground running and has
become the biggest fish in the credit bureau pond in the
region.
"If we look at the period from 2018 through 2025, the bureau has established international cooperation, built its own infrastructure, and received certification in line with international standards.
The bureau now provides services to the financial sector in more than 35 areas.
Foreign credit bureaus have shared various products, services, and innovations with us. The Azerbaijan Credit Bureau will also demonstrate its own innovations to international credit institutions. This will help deepen our regional cooperation in the future," he added.
