Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. I.Khalilova / World Bank (WB) will develop the economic memorandum for Azerbaijan for the first time. The memorandum will assess the economic situations in many directions. WB's mission is planning to visit Azerbaijan headed by Cristos Costopolus, the leading economist on Azerbaijan, on 24 October.
The document will envisage recommendations on improvement of bank system in different directions
In some countries, for example in Russia, the economic memorandum is issued regularly.
WB will propose discussions to observe over the state expenditures. Last time WB developed the report in 2003.
