Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / Indexation of insured labour pensions requires AZN 22mln, the head of the Azerbaijani Social Protection Fund Salim Muslumov said on 16 November.
According to Muslumov, AZN 80mln was allocated for payment of monthly pensions, with AZN 60mln intended for basic part of pensions, AZN 8.5mln as addition to basic part and AZN 11.5mln for financing of insured parts of pensions.
The public budget allotted AZN 127.7mln for 2008 to expand basic part of insured pensions, with AZN 22mln intended for indexation of insured part, AZN 32mln to cover increased pensions, AZN 2.5mln will be used for the families of those who died in war, AZN 71.1mln for those who recently retired.
