U.Ismayilova / The prices for construction materials have increased by more than 13% in Baku in April as compared to March, the public organization 'Participants of real estate' said. From early 2008, the prices for construction materials have increased by 15.3%.
The share of materials manufactured in Azerbaijan comprises 44%.
The monitoring was held on 38 types and 84 differences of building materials. An increase was observed on 52 types, decrease on 10 types and stability for other 52 types of construction materials.
The rise in prices was mainly observed for brick, concrete, woodо and other materials.
Under the results of monitoring, the increase was caused mainly due to the increase of prices in world markets.
