Around 63,500 square meters of real estate was commissioned in Azerbaijan in January, an 18-percent rise from 2008, the State Statistics Committee said.
About 147 million manat was spent on construction and repairs in January, or a 92.3-percent increase from 2008.
Roughly 241 million was spent on building production facilities, which is a 77.8-percent increase from 2008.
