The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee (SSC) has registered an issue of Ata Sigorta ordinary book-entry shares, the Committee reported today
Nominal value of each share is 20 manat. The Committee has registered 100,000 shares
The Committee also registered 5,000 ordinary book-entry shares of Amrah Sigorta with a nominal value of 200 manat per share
Thus, Ata Sigorta insurance company increased its capital by 2,000,000 manat up to 4,000,000 million manat. Amrah Sigorta increased its capital by 100,000 from 2.61 million to 2.71 million manat
