A total of 140 Iranian companies will hold a three-day exclusive expo in Qatar to showcase Iran's achievements in various fields.
An official with the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran said that 140 firms from the country will set up the largest Iranian solo exhibition in Doha from May 13 to 16.
The Fars news agency quoted Mohammad-Mehdi Nahavandi as saying that the outstanding economic potential of Qatar alongside its excellent and growing political relations with Iran has created an array of opportunities for the two sides to increase trade and joint investments.
He added that a wide range of products and services in different fields such as aeronautics, technical and engineering, electricity, water, oil, gas, petrochemicals, carpets, handicrafts, plants and medical equipment will be on display in the exhibition.
On the sidelines of the expo, a conference to introduce 40 investment opportunities in Iran will be held.
